Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KeysMedic ("KeysMedic", "we", "us" or "our"), owned and operated by Key for Business Pty Ltd as trustee for The Khan Family Trust (ABN 18 245 314 308). KeysMedic provides online platforms — AMC Prep and ADC Prep — that help internationally trained doctors and dentists prepare for the Australian Medical Council (AMC) CAT MCQ examination and the Australian Dental Council (ADC) Written Examination. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- One account is for use by one candidate; accounts may not be shared, resold or used by multiple people. For your security, an account may be signed in on one device at a time — signing in on a new device will ask you to end the existing session.
2. The service
KeysMedic provides practice questions, clinical scenarios and images, explanations, timed mock examinations, progress tracking, readiness analytics and related tools. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the platforms. All questions, clinical scenarios, images and explanations are original content written and curated by our own team. We do not use, reproduce, recall or distribute actual past examination papers, leaked questions or any copyrighted material belonging to the AMC, the ADC or any other examining body; our content is designed to reflect the published examination blueprints and format, not to replicate any real paper. While we work hard to keep content accurate, current and aligned with those blueprints and with Australian clinical guidelines, KeysMedic is a preparation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the AMC, the ADC, AHPRA or any medical or dental board.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Some features require a paid plan. Plans are sold for a fixed term (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) on the platform you choose — AMC Prep or ADC Prep.
- Plans are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Your access runs for the term you bought and then ends unless you choose to purchase another term.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in Australian dollars and may include applicable taxes. A tax invoice is available after purchase.
- We may change prices or plan options from time to time; changes do not affect a term you have already purchased.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape, record, redistribute, sell or publish our questions, scenarios, images, explanations or other content.
- Do not share your account or give others access to paid content without a valid plan.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
All content on KeysMedic — including questions, clinical scenarios, images, explanations, software, design and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own examination preparation while your account is active. No other rights are granted.
6. Clinical content and no guarantee of results
KeysMedic is a study aid for examination preparation only. Our content is not medical or dental advice and must not be used to guide the care of any patient. While our materials are designed to build the knowledge and reasoning tested in the AMC and ADC examinations, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular score, grade, pass, registration or employment outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Reporting a mistake
If you believe a question contains an error, you can report it from within the platform. We review every report and will let you know the outcome. Submitting a report does not change the question or your results until our review is complete; our decision on the content is final.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any unavailability, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore the service promptly.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using KeysMedic and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached — for example, through content theft, account sharing, or misuse. Where we end your access for a serious breach, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, to the extent permitted by law our liability arising from your use of KeysMedic is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the relevant plan term, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Privacy
Your use of KeysMedic is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.
12. Third-party services
KeysMedic relies on trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe for payments, and our hosting and email providers) and may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties, and their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and KeysMedic regarding the service. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity (for example, as part of a business sale) without affecting your rights. Any suggestions or feedback you provide about the service may be used by us without any obligation to you.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] or on 03 4245 7300.
